Handy and quick reference

Simple to use yet very effective. Great tool anyone interested into real estate should have in their tool box.

Ive been constantly using this app and plugging different parameters in to run through a variety of scenarios. I feel like a much more educated home buyer heading to the market!

Handy, flexible, easy to use, covers lots of options and reminds one of expenses which sometimes are overlooked. I use it regularly.

Excellent tool. Very easy to use. Only thing that would be even better would be an intelligence that estimates property tax based on geographic mill rate, similar to how land transfer fees are determined in the tool. Even an average mill rate by province/region for simplicity. I love the tool, though, and use it regularly.

I use this app periodically both for personal use and for work. I find it easy to use and recommend it for anyone who needs to solve simple mortgage calcs. More complicated, solving for unknown variables will require a different App.

Its perfect. User friendly and lot of features! You cant ask for more in a mortgage app!

The app is quick, useful and comprehensive enough for a property calculations and is tailored to the Canadian market. I would have given it 5stars except for the input fields being fussy and a little over precise about where you need to touch to edit them. Either way still a fantastic app.
