Finally, an app that helps show the real comparison of rent vs buy. Most places just assume that it is rent vs mortgage, but as this app shows, there is so much more monthly than a mortgage. First review Ive written, but I felt I needed to because this app is amazing.

This is kind of app i was searching, Liked the simplicity & power. Need to include more mortgage rates like true north , scotiabank, coast capital etc.

Really well thought out app. Im able to calculate cash flow, monthly expenses and mortgage payments in a blink of an eye right in front of clients and have accurate numbers they can use as a deciding factor. I use this app daily when looking at properties and couldnt get by without it!
